Transparent Pricing
We offer flexible pricing options for Tier 2, 3 and 4 charities. Every package includes annual financial statements prepared and filed with the Charities Commission, along with the option of audit-ready accounts or advanced Xero reporting if required. Throughout the process, we keep our communication clear and straightforward, so you’ll always feel confident about what’s happening.
Basic Charity Package - Tiers 3 & 4
For charities using Xero, we make compliance simple. This package includes annual financial statements and filing with the Charities Commission for $200 plus 0.5% of your trading income. Additional fees apply for physical paperwork.
What’s Trading Income? Trading income includes grants and product or service sales, minus direct costs. Donations aren’t counted. If donations are your only income, your annual fee is just $200 + GST.
Custom Charity Package - Tier 2
We have extensive experience in Tier 2 reporting – both monthly and annual. Tier 2 services are available at custom pricing based on your specific needs. Please contact us to learn more.
Advanced Charity Packages - Tiers 3 & 4
If you need audit-prepared accounts or basic Xero-based reporting and analysis for board meetings – including Budget Comparison, Cash Flow, and Balance Sheet – our advanced packages are tailored to meet your needs. All pricing levels require you to have a Xero subscription.
For non-GST registered charities, we can provide a cashbook version of Xero for $20 per month (including GST). Our base GST review service covers up to 500 reconciled transactions every two months. Any additional or unreconciled transactions are billed at a discounted rate of $75 + GST per hour.
