Transparent Pricing
I offer a simple pricing structure designed to keep things straightforward. For businesses with more complex needs, I also provide advanced pricing options, which are outlined in the table below. This way, you can quickly see what works best for your business – whether you want a simple, predictable fee or a more detailed package tailored to your needs.
Simple Business Pricing
I charge $100 + 0.7% of net profit (before owner’s remuneration, income tax, and other non-deductibles, plus GST). When your business is doing well, there’s more work for me – and when it’s quieter, fees reflect that too. Extra charges apply for sending physical paperwork instead of emailing, depending on volume.
What’s included:
- Annual financial statements (Xero required)
- Annual business income tax returns (plus simple shareholder returns if it’s a company) prepared and filed with the IRD
- Annual company or trust compliance minutes
Additional non-tax compliance:
$100 + GST per company per year Includes annual filing with the Companies Office
$200 + GST per trust per year (includes any financial paperwork, if any, requested by your lawyer)
